A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Kaushik has worked at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to large-scale software initiatives, including solutions for the higher education sector in the United States.
He works closely with startups and growing businesses, advising on strategy, financial modeling, product direction, and operational design.
His thinking is deeply analytical, with a natural inclination toward patterns — whether in markets, systems, or human behavior.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring philosophy, astrology, and spending time with his golden retrievers.
Venkat Hari
Brings over 25 years of experience in building and scaling technology companies and product teams.
He has led product and engineering initiatives across multiple industries, including key roles at Symphony Infospace, Proteans, and Nalashaa.
Venkat has co-founded and scaled two successful ventures — a 250+ member IT services company with consistent growth and profitability, and a cloud technology product company built around modern platforms.
His focus lies in building systems that are practical, scalable, and aligned with real business needs.
Outside of work, he enjoys sports, travel, good coffee, and the occasional glass of scotch — usually accompanied by time spent with dogs.
